Win Eaton is a Certified Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law (The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization). He is the Founding attorney of the immigration law firm of Eaton & Associates with offices in California and the Pacific Northwest U.S. Win & his firm, Eaton & Associates are committed to keeping families together and protecting the rights of employers, immigrants, non-immigrants, and foreign national investors at all stages and venues of the complex federal immigration process.
While Win leads the firm's Litigation team as well as the business immigration group, his practice regularly focuses on Removal defense, Citizenship, Family Immigration, Consular processing, Immigration court, Federal litigation and appeals as well as Employment, Business & Investment immigration including EB5, Immigrant Worker Petitions, H1B, EB1, EB2, EB3, Labor Certifications, Permanent Resident Applications, Petitions for Non-Immigrant Workers, E2 Investor visas, and I-9 compliance.
