Naturalization and Citizenship: We assist our clients with citizenship issues ranging from applying for citizenship through the naturalization process as well as helping those with derivative citizenship claims.
Consular Processing: We assist our clients in their consular processing through many different consulates throughout the world, included but not limited to consular processing through Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
Adjustment of Status: We represent and advise clients during the process of becoming Lawful Permanent Residents while residing in the United States.
Asylum: We assist our clients in seeking legal immigration status in the United States based on fear of persecution if they are made to return to their home country.
VAWA and U Visas: We represent and advise clients who are victims of domestic violence perpetrated by their U.S. Citizen or LPR spouses as well as those who are victims of certain crimes in the United States.
